John H. Morrow, Jr., es profesor de Historia en la Universidad de Georgia. Se ha especializado en la historia social y militar europea del siglo xx y es autor, entre otras obras, de Building German Air Power, 1909-1914 (1976), German Air Power in World War I (1982) y The Great War in the Air: Military Aviation from 1909 to 1921 (1993), así como editor de A Yankee Ace in the RAF: The World War I Letters of Captain Bogart Rogers (1996).
