A young eagle that has not yet learned how to fly is pushed out of the nest by her sister. There is no way the eagle can survive unless someone comes to her aid. She is lucky that that someone, a human being, happens to be nearby. Once she is rescued, the eagle must live among humans, a sometimes difficult but ultimately rewarding experience.
